Flash in the pan rates entries with a mark out of 100. This mark is dependent on many factors, such as creative use of Flash, originality, programming / actionscript skills, visual design and content. Each aspect carries a certain weight of mark, which when averaged out gives us a percentage.

A beautiful 3D engine supports this great portfolio of work. A very original navigation system which is experimental but also easy to use. Rich, bold colours and brilliant use of typography. This is a very cool site indeed.

A creative web development studio based in Toronto, Canada specializing in Flash and database driven content. This is one of the most original web sites we have seen in a while. The navigation is based around dynamic typography, and reconfigures itself to spell the names of ach project, before disintegrating and opening the work. Incredible programming and high creativity.

Incredible experimental showcase, reaching into graphic design, illustration, 3D, motion graphics and coding. The latest additions include two stunning music videos, which are worth watching. Beautiful generative artwork with a dark and mysterious flavor. Big thumbs up.

This is one of those sites where the designers were just showing off, regardless of whether the client\'s target audience would be able to navigate it well! That said, perhaps it is just ahead of its time. The image mosaic based navigation is amazingly done, you can spend hours clicking.
